The increasing rise of eating disorders among our population is difficult to understand, but it is especially difficult for those who love and deal with someone suffering from an eating disorder.
The two parents who built Lifelines Foundation realized from the outset that without support for not only their child, but also for themselves, the journey would be confusing, frightening and intimidating. They realized through their journey that families and friends, as well as school professionals and youth leaders (teachers, counselors, youth ministers, etc.) also were seeking resources, information and support in dealing with their child, friend or student.
Lifelines Foundation hopes that this foundation offers support and encouragement to the families of those who suffer and those who deal with them on a daily basis.
